Choate Builders, LLC is a full-service remodeling company that has been in business since 1994. We specialize in designing & building decks, screened porches and sunrooms.  Choate Builders is licensed & insured and certified in Lead Safe Work Practices by the Environmental Protection Agency.

Our goal is to tailor every project to the unique needs of our clients.  We do this by planning and designing the project around our client's ideas, budget and lifestyle. 

We are also available to take on other remodeling projects such as kitchens, bathrooms, and additions. Although we specialize in decks, sunrooms and screened porches we have the experience and know- how to do just about anything...and do it well!
